Lumbar Transforaminal Epidurals/ Selective Nerve Root Injections:
Much like the standard Epidural Steroid Injection; however, the

canal, which is suspected as causing the patients pain.
Analgesic & Diagnostic Lumbar Discography:
Special study done under x-ray guidance to inject dye (contrast) into the center of the disc in order to arrive at a definitive diagnosis. Routinely the study is completed with a CT scan to obtain CT discography. This provides information about the disc that cannot be obtained in any other way.

RadioFrequency Lesioning (RFL):
This is a therapeutic procedure that utilizes an electrode and an electrical generator to selectively destroy tissue. The object of this procedure is relief of pain by destruction of the responsible tissue.
