SCPA has been open since 2002.   Our team of highly trained medical professionals is completely dedicated to the diagnosis, minimally invasive surgical treatment, and management of chronic pain.  There is always A Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetsis (CRNA) present during any procedure providing either IV conscious sedation or monitored local sedation.

Because we are physician owned, we are patient driven.  This means that we can focus more on providing excellent care, and less on hospital incentives. We are not tied to any large medical corporation.   We work in conjunction with our referring doctors, which means their patients will be referred back to them for continuing care.  The most important part of being physician owned is that Dr.  Miller spends as much time as necessary with each patient.
